VIOLET DE LA TORRE...  

is a multidisciplinary artist that was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA. She became a licensed esthetician in 2012, and has since specialized in Special Effects makeup and artistry. Under the umbrella of Special Effects, her experience is primarily with prosthetic application and painting, sculpting with WED clay and chavant clay, and latex mask-making. She has done Special Effects work on several short films, having IMDb credits for each of them. As of 2024, Violet is focusing on her writing and filmmaking. She is a co-founder of 3 Knocks Productions, which is an independent film production company that makes short films, as well as helping other filmmakers to produce their short films. Violet also makes films independently on her personal youtube channel. Her writings include horror short stories, screenplays, and poetry, and she is working towards publishing her work.
