Violet de la Torre is a multidisciplinary artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. A licensed esthetician since 2012, she has honed her skills in Special Effects makeup, specializing in prosthetic application, sculpting with WED and Chavant clay, latex mask-making, and detailed painting. Violet’s work has appeared on multiple short films, earning her IMDb credits along the way. As of 2024, her focus has expanded to writing and filmmaking. She is the co-founder of 3 Knocks Productions, an independent film company dedicated to creating original short films and supporting other filmmakers in bringing their visions to life. Violet also produces films independently on her personal YouTube channel. Her creative output spans horror short stories, screenplays, and poetry, with plans to publish her work in the near future. In addition to her artistic practice, Violet has been an early childhood educator for over 10 years, a role that reflects her commitment to creativity, guidance, and inspiring young minds.
